Terrence Sullivan, PhD, is Independent Chair of the Board of the Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health (CADTH ). He also provides advisory services to the Rossy Family Foundation. He was at Cancer Care Ontario from 2001 to 2011, the final seven years as President and CEO. From 1993 to 2001, Dr. Sullivan was President of the Institute for Work & Health. A behavioural scientist, He is the author/editor of seven books and more than 100 papers and book chapters.
