Ms. Leclerc holds a Master’s degree in nursing and adult education,  and completed a fellowship through the EXTRA Program at the CHSRF (Canadian Health Services Research Foundation). Ms. Leclerc has extensive experience in health care, gained over a 33-year career in the CHUM hospitals. For the last five years, Ms. Leclerc has been Assistant Director General at the CHUM. Ms. Leclerc retired last October 4, 2013. She has been a member of INESSS for five years and is now serving as President of their scientific committee.
