Alain Biron, N. PhD, is Assistant to the Director, Quality and Performance at the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) and Assistant Professor at the Ingram School of Nursing, McGill University. He completed a fellowship on how high performing healthcare organizations are using performance measurement to drive improvement at the microsystem level. In the past three years, he has been involved in patient engagement and patient experience measurement projects at the local, national, and international level. He has published on quality improvement, patient engagement and patient safety.
