Florente Démosthène manages the bank of interpreters and assumes regional coordination of different programs, including First Nations, conjugal violence and sexual violence. Ms. Démosthène also monitors emerging social issues and problems, such as radicalisation and honor-based violence. On a daily basis, this work involves creating and sustaining partnerships by weaving safety nets from the threads of continuity, safety, support, appreciation of capabilities, solidarity and hope around each client and their family.
