Vice-President, Partnerships and Patient Experience, Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance
Anne Campbell, RN, BScN, MSN, has been in the healthcare field 38 years with experience in direct patient care, education, project management, corporate planning and administration. Her current role includes responsibility for acute care services at the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA). She has led a number of transformational projects focussed on bringing the voice of the patient and family and the voice of the staff together to engage in continuous improvement and co-create the way care is delivered. In 2014, she introduced the HPHA Patient and Family Experience Framework to create the infrastructure and strategy required to make co-creation a reality. The Partnering with Patients and Families to Implement Bedside Transfer of Accountability project, funded by the Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement, is a foundational piece of this framework.
